Happy St. Pat's back at you too. is there still a mini "war" in the household these days over the subject?
Joe III
What mini war? I missed that one.
War is over. I'm wearing a green v neck and an orange tshirt.DAD
Vycki it was over the potato.... lol
This mini "war" has nothing to do with potatoes. I guess only Frank & Joe know about it. DAD
I'm lost....maybe it's better that way.
It all began when Judy and I got married. Her background was Northern Ireland and mine was Southern. Beginning the week before St. Patricks Day we set up on the mantel 2 brass cannons, one with a green ribbon and one with orange and the battle was on. Insults about the different factions rapidly flew back and forth from one cannon to the other. On St. Pats Day a truce was called. We did this every year until we moved to Woodinville. That's the story. Love ,DAD
I think I have some pictures of this war somewhere.... and all this time I thought it had to do with the potatoes I knew it was about the North and The South.... LOL
Wow, learned something new. Had no clue you/we were from Sothern Ireland.
