Karen and Ron's 25th
Mom had us all over to Karen and Ron's yesterday to celebrate their 25th anniversary. Mom has been here for a week and it has been good to see her again. the kids all had fun running around and the rest of us ate the good food and caught up on the latest. here are some pictures i took of everyone.

well it is great to see that the left coast is well represented at the party. Look out everyone - Marty and I are coming to run the marathon. BTW Karen - hope you are not training too hard cause the furthest I have run is 13.1 and .... my heel is getting worse so it is killing me a lot. I will run/walk this one - I am swimming and spin class to try and keep the cardio up for the run. Be well and I look forward to visiting with all of u. Oh yea Frank and family heard I was coming - and are high tailing it out of the State that week. Nice Frank!
