OK, I'll post something....
since nobody else is posting lately, i guess i'll have to bore youse guys again with yet some MORE riding pictures! I have discovered the "shangri-la" of riding areas here in WA.,and it only took me 25 years of riding out here to find. its in the Gifford Pinchot national forest way south of me and much closer to Portland than Seattle. probably a good 4 hour drive but unbelievably worth it. one of the attached pictures shows a gps route laid onto a topo map of exactly where we rode. the outline copies a 43 mile ride that we went on a couple weeks ago. the area is smack in the middle of volcano country where you are surrounded by mount rainier,mt. adams, mt st. helens, and mt. hood as well as goat rocks wilderness.....absolutely awesome views since adams is 6 miles away and we ride up to 6000 ft for unreal views. This is why we ride eh??

OK....you're making me want to move to Washington. Are you sure you didn't photoshop them????????????????
BELIEVE ME, the pictures do not even come close to capturing the "awesomeness" up there.....while on hamilton butte at 5,700 ft., we decided to put our cameras in movie mode and film 360 degrees so it all could be somewhat captured...you could easily see all the volcanoes that way.
WOW see look Vycki... Bri and I will be up there riding with Frank and Joe I hope in 2 weeks..... RIGHT JOE.... lol eat your heart out... lol I will take a special picture just for you Vycki so you don't feel left out.
Maria, we can probably get out and ride but in order to get to these places you need to be expert only rider as the route up there is very difficult. still tons of cool lowland riding that is accessable.
