My 7th Avon Walk for Breast Cancer

Well I just completed the 7th walk and it was held here in sunny Long Beach CA. There were over 2100 walkers and we raised over 3.7 million dollars for the cause. Monies collected here will fund local hospitals and clinics and research facilities. I feel good, I was excited to be a part of this again, and I already signed up for next year. Hey Karen - want to do the LA walk in 2007? The first picture is of some of the friends I made this year.The second picture is the first day when all the walkers funnelled out of the Queen Mary park. The last is of Harly in my gear bag. I guess she wanted to go too. I had to tell her that if she got in the bag - I would be over my 35 lb limit :-).
